PRICINGAll prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (12.5% sales tax).
All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.
PAYMENT OPTIONSPayment is by way of direct deposit/internet banking transfer into our account or credit card.
If paying by way of direct deposit – We will provide you with a reference number for your direct deposit. Once funds have been received and cleared we will Courier your items to your selected address (which must not be a PO Box as couriers only deliver to street addresses). Please allow 7 working days for delivery, overnight/next day couriers will incur extra charges so please let us know if this is required. Items will be put on hold from your enquiry date until payment is received. If payment is not received within 3 days items will be returned to stock.
RETURNS POLICYFull price merchandise may be returned for an IN-STORE OR ON-LINE STORE CREDIT ONLY OR EXCHANGE FOR DIFFERENT SIZE/ITEM – no cash refunds (subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993). Items must be returned within 14 days from delivery date (date will be on purchase receipt enclosed with items) with all label and sale tags attached.
We invite you to make queries into any matters concerning our products whether it be sizing, fabric, colour, brand – whatever you may wish to discuss prior to and after purchasing.
We also recommend that you check your order against the purchase receipt as soon as you receive it and try items on as soon as possible to determine if any returns or exchanges are necessary.
All garments will be quality-checked before being sent to you.
If you wish to return any item for any reason, please email us first letting us know your intention to return the goods and your reasons why. You must pay for the freight and items must be received in original condition i.e. all labels & tags attached. Items must be received within 14 days from the delivery date (date on enclosed purchase receipt).
RETURNS BASED ON CHANGE OF MINDFor exchanging items based on change of mind the cost of the courier must be met by the customer.
All returns must be forwarded to 73 Great King Street, Dunedin, New Zealand.
COLOUR VARIATIONPlease note the colour of our products represented on your monitor may not be 100% accurate. If you have any concerns please contact us to discuss further.
Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Other store policies & conditions
Lay buyLay buys can be paid off over a period of 4 weeks.
In the event that a lay buy is cancelled, we are entitled to deduct stock holding and administration costs from any refund given.
Personal Stylist Cancellation Policy A refund will only be made if a cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the appointment. Late arrival for an appointment will usually mean a shortened session.
Purchasing from youWe will endeavor to offer you a fair price for your goods.
Generally, we are only interested in items of the best quality and condition.
We may make an offer for all, only some, or none of the goods.
What we offer will in part depend upon:
- Our customers demand for the item.
- Our current stock levels of similar items
- Original wholesale price
Payment can be made in the form of a Gift Card or cash; usually we can offer a higher value in the form of a Gift Card.
ID will be required if we purchase any of the following items:
- Jackets & Coats
- Leather clothing, (but not footwear).
- Jewellery
- Sunglasses
Refund PolicyWe do not have to provide a refund in the event that you change your mind regarding a purchase. We will however provide a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act in the event that our goods are faulty.
Selling “on behalf”Selling on behalf is usually done for an expensive item such as a Ball Gown and/or where we can not offer you an expected amount for outright purchase. In most cases, Selling on Behalf will work as follows;
- We agree on a selling price, (we will pay you 50% of the total sale price)
- We agree to reduce the price if the item does not sell in a certain time
- We agree on how long we will offer the goods for sale.
- Unfortunately shop theft is a fact of life and although all efforts will be taken to ensure goods are kept safe we can not take responsibility for articles that may be stolen.
Gift CardsGift Cards are valid for 1 year and can be redeemed at any time.
